We value your time and opinions. We are out doing work in the village of Mapimpana and due to poor network, we may not reply to your message immediately. We do however promise to get back to you as soon as we are in an area with good internet reception.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions from our donors and supporters. Please contact us if you still have questions.

What do you do with my donor information?
We only return your information for the purpose of updating you on what we’re doing at the Mapimpana Children’s Project. Please read our privacy policy for more information.
How can I unsubscribe from your emails or get off a direct mail list?
The emails we send you will always have a “unsubscribe link” at the bottom. Click the link and follow the instructions.
How secure is your online donation form? (Alternately: Why should I trust your online donation form?)
Although we cannot guarantee that nothing will go wrong, we can safely say that our tech team keeps our website updated on a regular basis. We have also decided to use the PayPal payment Gateway due to its security reputation.
What percentage of my donation goes to the cause?
Right now we spend 100% of all donations on the project. We do not take a salary or allowance from the project’s funds.
How do I put on an event for your cause?
We’ve been so fortunate to have people put up events to benefit our cause. We encourage and welcome any help we can get. However, we want to make sure that every event is endorsed by us. Please contact us with your ideas and we’ll work together to make sure everything is done according to the policies in place.

How do I volunteer for your cause?
We are always in need of volunteers and we thank you for your consideration. Please visit our volunteer page for more information and complete the form.
What can I expect after I donate to your cause?
Once you donate to our cause either through the website or offline, you can expect a thank you letter and a receipt for your records. We also hope to add you to our email list for updates about what we’re doing.
Whoops! I didn’t mean to donate that amount (or pledge that amount to a participant in a fundraising event). How do I get a refund?
We understand that such things happen and we’re more than happy to help you recover the overage amount. Please contact us and we’ll work to refund you ASAP.
